Collection Stack is part of an ongoing project related to collections and collectors of items of historical significance and, ideally, value. This website has been created as an alternate funding source to allow continued work on online collecting tools such as RealBanknotes.com. The products offered for sale here, are the same products that are used to store my personal collections, which are strongly leaning towards paper money but have also been slowly branching into the domains of coin collecting, tobacco cards, and stock certificates. We offer excellent products, most of which are of the BCW brand.
Primarily we sell BCW products that are geared towards the collection of banknotes, coins, tobacco cards. BCW has a long history of quality and innovation in the production of storage and organization solutions in these fields. We offer everything from pvc free storage pages to sleeves, topload holders, boxes and other miscellaneous items such as magnifying glasses, loupes, etc. Everything that does not appear as "Sold Out" is in our possession and in-hand, so you can rest assured that everything you purchase will be shipped out to you.
We are based out of Vernon, British Columbia, Canada.
Currently, our online shipping is limited to the United States and Canada. In the near future we will be looking into an automated system for shipment calculations, which will allow us to ship worldwide; this will take some time to implement. For now orders outside of these two countries may be arranged. Please use our Contact Form to get a hold of us regarding such an arrangement.
Our third party payment processor is Stripe. This fully encrypted online payment solution allows us to accept a multitude of credit card types: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, etc. This is our primary payment form for payments on Collection Stack. Custom orders can be arranged separately, and may facilitate alternate payment options (ie. debit transfers, etc.).
Orders are carefully packaged, then shipped out primarily using Canada Post. Canada Post has a proven track record of reliability and security. Wherever possible, orders are shipped in an envelope to minimize cost; this is dependent on the products and quantity ordered. Most orders will be shipped as parcels and tracking numbers will be provided to you whenever the shipment possesses a tracking number. If you have an order with us, you can track your order status by entering your order number in our Track Order page.
By default, we can auto-complete orders destined for the United States and Canada. Outside of that, order may be arranged by using the Contact Us form to create a custom order. In this manner, we may be able to manually calculate shipping costs, and put an order together for you. We apologize for this inconvenience, but we look forward to serving you using this alternate purchasing method.
